COO of William Hill GOES

William Hill plc, a UK based gambling firm, issued a surprising announcement yesterday, that Mr Tom Singer will be leaving Wiliam Hill, Mr Singer was there chief operations officer and executive director.
Mr Tom Singer resigned from the board at Willian Hill and will leave the company with immediate effect.
A Wiiliam Hill plc spokesperson confirmed that Mr Singer’s departure follows a review of the company's key executive roles, which will now see Mr David Harding taking over the COO roll alongside his own responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer.

Mr Singer reflected on his time with Wiliiam Hill saying, "After six stimulating years at William Hill and having recently seen the company report on record interim profits I look forward to a fresh professional challenge." However Singer did would not say what his future plans are.

Mr Charles Scott, Chairman at Willaim Hill commended the outgoing Singer for his contribution to the company, by saying "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Tom for the contribution he has made to William Hill since our IPO, both as Finance Director and, more recently, as Chief Operating Officer. We wish Tom every success in the future."
