PartyGaming eyeing up Victor Chandler

Just from its recent GBP69 million acquisition of Gamebookers now PartyGaming Plc is eyeing up the Victor Chandler Group as its next strategic purches in the expansion of its non US online operations.

PartyGaming, which operates the following brands:
PartyPoker.com
PartyCasino.com
PartyGammon.com
PartyBingo.com
They are believed to be one of three potential bidders looking to acquire the VC gambling company, although the names of the other bidders are unknown.

The Victor Chandler Group operates a large part of its gambling business in the Asian market and as off now does not take bets from the USA.

Neither Victor Chandler or PartyGaming have officially commented on the propoesed bid, but reports have been circulating, that negotiations could begin as early as September.
Its know that Victor Chandler have brought in the corporate finance firm Zeus Capital evaluate the offers.
The Victor Chandler Group operates an online bookmakers, online casino and its own online poker, The VC brand and has a current £1.4 billion turnover.
